Shipment
Where: Le Bouton Boutique ships worldwide.
When: We know that you cannot wait to receive your beautiful, ready-to-wear apparel. Therefore, we ship orders within 1-3 business days following receipt of your cleared PayPal payment. Should there be a delay longer than 3 business days, we will notify you via email.
How: All orders are shipped USPS Priority or First Class Mail (domestic and international). We will notify you when your order ships and provide you with a USPS delivery confirmation number.
Rates: We calculate shipping charges so you pay actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee of $1.00 on single listing purchases and $2.00 on multiple listing purchases such as lots.
Local Pick-Up Service
If you live in or nearby the Collegeville, PA area and would like to pick up your order without incurring shipping costs, let us know. Simply choose "local pick-up" at checkout. Once your order is processed and completed, we will contact you to arrange a scheduled pick up time and location, which is typically within 10 miles of Collegeville, PA.
Return Policy
Although we do not anticipate our customers needing to make a return, we nevertheless want to provide a means should a situation arise in which a return is desired.

The return period is 3 days from receipt of your purchase. Within this period, simply send us an email notification that you wish to make a return. At that time, we will promptly provide you with complete instructions on how to proceed.
All items must be received by us within seven (7) days of our email reply to you following your notification. All items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped to you, with Le Bouton Boutique tags still attached. Once we receive the items, we will process a refund equal to the original purchase amount (minus shipping & handling expenses).
